FREE Cell Phone/Minutes from SafeLink Wireless

SafeLink Wireless is a government-supported program that provides a FREE cell phone and airtime each month for income-eligible customers. This is a great deal for seniors who just need an emergency phone or those who might be on Social Security or other programs.

It's not yet available in all states, and unfortunately not available here in South Carolina for my folks, but there are 26 states that participate at this time, so go here and check it out.

The service is currently available in: Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia and Wisconsin .
